About

I find what your AWS bill is hiding.

Audited 100+ companies. I find what most reviews miss, then write the code to fix it permanently.

Most engineers treat AWS cost optimization as a cleanup task. It’s not. A well-architected system and a cost-efficient system are the same thing; cost work that doesn’t change the architecture is just a temporary discount.

Most recently at Blocks, I authored the rules engine behind the 20% guaranteed savings product; customers average 25%. At Ratepay, I migrated a 1M+ emails/month mail platform to AWS with zero downtime. Before going independent, I held senior DevOps roles at Restack, Datameer, and SAP HANA Cloud, rebuilding AWS following Well-Architected at one, cutting $80K to $40K/month at another, and running $20M of multi-cloud spend across 100+ node Kubernetes clusters at the third.

Typical engagement: a fixed-scope cost audit, 20% of year-one savings paid on delivery. Numbers and shape on the homepage. I also take on broader AWS platform and DevOps work, from multi-account rebuilds to EKS migrations to GitOps from scratch.

If your AWS bill feels wrong and nobody can tell you why, let’s talk.
